Scanlon Design, LLC is an interior design firm serving the Northern California area and focuses on small to mid-size commercial interiors, as well as residential interiors. Diane Scanlon, Owner, has been involved in designing special spaces for clients since 2005 after graduating with a BA in Design (Honors) from the University of California, Davis and a summer long intensive study program in Copenhagen Denmark. She maintains her California Certified Interior Design Certification and frequently meets with vendors to keep abreast of new materials and finishes hitting the market.
Diane’s work in interior design has flourished with a number of tenant improvements, whole and partial home remodels and new construction projects. With the experience in managing the nuances of new construction and the complexity of tenant improvements, Scanlon Design can assist clients in finding a cohesive interior aesthetic that is distinctive, beautiful and fits clients’ tastes and budgets.
Prior to obtaining her degree, Diane worked for a managed health care company for over 15 years. The company’s motto was “World Class Service.” She has embraced this approach in her own design work and works closely with clients, contractors and others in the design trades to positively impact the overall experience with those involved.
